Return Window
30 days from delivery
You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. After 30 days we are unable to accept a return for that item.
Because every Fanvivosport product is printed to order, returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We accept returns for both defective or incorrect items and change-of-mind or sizing reasons.

Free return shipping fee for change-of-mind & sizing returns. For change-of-mind and sizing returns, we do not charge a return shipping fee — return shipping is free. For defective or wrong items, we also cover the full cost of return and replacement.

We process your refund or ship your exchange after inspection is complete.
Exchange Process
Swapping size or design
Need a different size or design? We accept direct exchanges within the 30-day window.

We send a free prepaid return label — no return shipping fee for exchanges.

Send the original back
Ship the original item using the label provided.

We produce the replacement
Your new item is produced upon order once we receive and inspect the original.

We ship the exchanged item and send you fresh tracking details.
Order Cancellation
Cancelling before production
Because items are made to order, cancellation depends on how far production has progressed.

Approved refunds are issued to your PayPal balance or the original payment card. The original $4.95 shipping fee is non-refundable except where the item was defective or the wrong item was sent, in which case the full amount is refunded. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
A note on made-to-order items. Since each product is produced upon order, please double-check your size and design before checkout. Our size details are on every product page, and our team is glad to help by email before you buy.
